Answer:Customers have an option to cancel the products as they wish within 7 working days after the receipt of their purchases. Contact Dukan Diet as soon as possible by calling 0844 338 0104 anytime between 9AM – 5PM from Mondays to Fridays. Customers will shoulder any delivery charges. As regards the refund, they need to wait at least 30 days for any refund payments. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customers.

Products that are requested to be cancelled should be the original, unopened and intact with their original packaging.

Answer:The Company aims to dispatch orders within 3-4 days from Mondays to Fridays. Shipment charges are based from the delivery rates.
